Procurement Specialist
Renewal by Andersen - Carmel, IN
Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
As a Procurement Specialist with us, you will be in charge of ordering all necessary materials for our 7 Midwest locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process all materials orders for 7 Midwest locations.
- Coordinator all subcontractor onboarding.
- Create and maintain pricing sheet for our most purchased materials.
- Work with our preferred vendors to align spend to expectations.
- Find and onboard new vendors for efficient material procurement.
- Coordinate multi-location orders for essential materials to gain best pricing.
Qualifications:
- Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured atmosphere
- Some purchasing experience
- Some experience working with managing vendor and subcontractor accounts
- Ability to perform at a high level with acute attention to detail, work independently with little supervision after training, and excel in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:
- $21-23/hour

Schedule:
- Onsite in our Carmel office
- Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
