Summary:

Moodys Northwest Consulting is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our team. The right person for this role will be an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver our client’s visions and strategies.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Own and lead the development and execution of the product strategy from product innovation through product development.
• Understand the business communications market dynamics, needs and competitor positioning, offering and strategy.
• Ensure the product strategy and innovation roadmap defines and maximizes the achievement of the business plan.
• Identify market opportunities and define innovative and disruptive products and services to capture each market share.
• Own the product roadmap and work with the Marketing, Customer Service, Ops and Tech delivery teams, providing them with clear product direction, and enabling the divisions to optimize their output.
• Work with partners and suppliers, internal and external, to ensure products are delivered quickly to the highest performance and quality levels and at the best value.
• Drive solution discussions and identify team dependencies to ensure requirements are met and design gaps are closed.

Required Qualifications:

• Product champion with the ability to think on your feet and lead by being the subject matter expert.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, you will demonstrate experience in managing and delivering a product roadmap, driving commercial, system and operational process changes.
• Ability to translate propositions and strategies into actionable steps.
• Ability to engage and drive cross-functional teams: working with and influencing Technology, Proposition, Sales and Marketing
• Excellent people skills, with a positive and collaborative approach

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $85.00 per hour
