I am currently recruiting for a Product Operations Specialist to join the Product Commercialization team of a global tech company.

This role is initially a 6 month contract with view to extension and offers the opportunity to work remotely.

As a Product Operations Specialist you will be joining the team as a key player in processing and provisioning New Products. You’ll be an integral member of a tight knit group, ensuring revenue is processed correctly and client activations happen smoothly, and timely. You will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders across the GPC organization, Sales and CS, while balancing ad hoc projects and daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

• You will work to deliver ready to interview candidates to clients based on pre-defined SLAs for each project
• You will handle high volume requests serving as the primary point of contact for candidates
• You will engage with candidates virtually through the various platforms with the purpose of helping job seekers prepare for interviews
• You will be working with cross-functional teams across the company, collaborating on a daily basis ensuring the best possible outcome of delivery for each of our products
• Contribute to identification of opportunities for process automation and continuous refinement of operations
• Occasionally help with testing and piloting new products through the process of development of go-to-market strategies to drive long term product adoption and monetization
• You will work independently on the day-to-day operations of products you are assigned to, most notably, taking a leading role when peers are out of the business and reporting back with detailed notes/outcomes
• As required, you will work with key stakeholders for reporting data, aligning on goals and the delivery of our products to market

Required Skills

• 2-4yrs experience in customer service/success, B2B, or consultative sales
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment that requires project and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong virtual presence
• Excellent attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Google Suite
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Salary: €30,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
