Join us as our new Product Order Fulfillment Coordinator
In this role, you would be responsible for seeking, managing and coordinating responses directly from GPO, Supply Chain and Logistics back to customer service to ensure shipped on time. In order to provide customers a proactive and reliable ordering experience, your proactive focus will be on product availability, and communication enabling seamless flow and visibility in our systems for order fulfilment to meet the customers delivery date. Additionally, you will seek to improve flow and remove flow stoppers together with key stakeholders.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
  • Seek and manage information from the value chain to ensure shipped on time, by acting as a liaison for Customer Service for product availability in support of order confirmation.
  • Research and reconcile open orders based on material availability and shipping status.
  • Key interface for Customer Service with Supply Chain Production planning, Demand planning and all finished goods, to monitor inventory to fill open sales orders.
  • Provides container tracking and prioritization for the warehouse on hot containers as needed to support customer orders shipped on time.
  • Responsible for the coordinated response and allocations in the event of planned or unplanned shortages of supply to CSR’s.
  • Communicate and document information via BOPW in SAP for supply to customer service by having close collaboration with Planning and Global Supply Coordinators
  • Maintained data in BOPW as the key tool for following up and communication between deployer and CSR.
  • Backorder handling in accordance with global quality procedure for backorder handling
  • Actively participates as CS representative in scheduling cell meetings to gain insights on product status, supply situations.
  • Work in SAP with a general understanding of the SAP order processing functions, and how they affect order management, production planning and shipping.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Potentially relevant experience:
  • BS or BA degree in Business or Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience within Supply Chain inventory mgmt.
  • Between 3-5yrs of order management experience,
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with ERP system (SAP) including inventory management modules.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, in a fast- paced environment.
  • Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and be able to establish strong networks, domestically and internationally.
  • A working knowledge of personal computers, internet, and Windows, Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office Suite and SAP R/3
  • Strong ability to network and interact in cross functional teams to problem-solve with other parts of the organization.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and coordination skills a must
