Our growing client in Orlando is moving to a new facility and adding Production Assemblers to their team. This is an estimated 6-month contingent role with possibilities for hire and career growth.
The Production Assembler will perform varied skilled assembly tasks necessary to produce quality electro-mechanical products.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee occasionally lifts up to 15 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The Production Assembler will perform varied skilled assembly tasks necessary to produce quality electro-mechanical products.
Responsibilities:
- Cable assembly requiring crimping and soldering.
- PCB assembly to include through hole and SMT components.
- Perform point to point wiring in box build applications.
- Ability to read drawings, wiring lists schematics and bills of materials.
- Competent in identifying manufacturing issues and escalating.
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by supervisor to support the manufacturing requirements of the organization.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); self-starter with over or minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a manufacturing or prototyping environment
- Must have current IPC Certifications:
- IPC-A-610
- IPC/WHMA-A-620
- J-STD-001
- Must be fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively both orally and through written communications.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
