Production & Logistics Manager Dublin – E7825

Our customer is a leading supply chain and warehousing business with operations in Dublin and in several regional locations. They are now seeking a Production & Logistics Manager for their Central Dublin facility. You will be responsible for overall operational performance and will be actively involved in all aspects of this busy and successful business.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven capacity to build and sustain effective collaborative relationships along with a track record that shows resilience, drive and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Oversee all aspects of their Dublin operations – capacity levels, scheduling, performance, budgetary management and resourcing.

• Lead, motivate and develop the operations staff to ensure engagement and high performance.

• Responsibility for plant assets including machinery upkeep, security, scheduled maintenance, replacement etc.

• Prioritize the health, safety and wellbeing of staff and raise awareness of best practice throughout the facility.

• Develop and ensure good employee relations with staff and their unionized representatives to ensure positive industrial relations.

• Lead strategic development, change management projects and restructuring plans

• Manage and oversee the plant budget, cost control and revenues streams

• Supplier review and management including price negotiations, supply channels, service levels etc.

Location: Role is based in Central Dublin.

Status: Permanent position.

Remuneration: Guide salary range €65k – €75k plus flexible bonus and benefits including pension will be offered to the successful candidate.
