Production Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a Production Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations in the roofing, siding, and gutter industry. The Production Sales Manager must be a results-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, lead and manage a team of sales professionals

- Manage and supervise the sales process, ensuring all leads are tracked and followed up in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Oversee job estimates

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and foster new business relationships.

- Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience in the roofing, siding, and gutter industry

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
