First District Association is a dairy cooperative that manufactures wholesome dairy products from high quality milk supplied from our family farms located in Minnesota and Wisconsin. In 2021, we celebrated 100 years of prosperity and growth! We need talented people like you to join our union team in our Lab to cover all positions for vacation relief.

This position will learn a variety of different job functions in the plant in order to relieve operators for vacations and/or other miscellaneous absences. This position with also have the responsibility to maintain inventory of clamps, gaskets, brushes, pails, and supplies in the lunchrooms, restrooms and control rooms of the various plants.

Ideal candidates will have prior machine operation experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to learn a variety of tasks quickly.
