Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator has primary responsibility and accountability for supporting all operational activities necessary to meet the Clients’ needs, expectations and business objectives using the scheduling and virtual technologies. This individual will interact with the Nurses and patients who opt-in to the Nurse Navigator Assistance Program and will be the chief liaison between Client, Service Provider, individuals and departments for all matters relating to the scheduling tool.

Key Job Responsibilities:
(Duties may include, but are not limited to the following)

The Program Coordinator will answer inbound calls from patients who opt-in to the Nurse Navigator Program. PC will secure patient opt in information/documents and schedule patients for educational sessions with field nursing team. The PC will communicate to field nursing team appropriate information and input into scheduling software. After nursing education has been performed by field nurse team, PC may conduct outbound surveys with those patients. PC will report survey results as needed, maintain reconciliation of opt in documentation with scheduled educational session. Effectively use Field Nurses relative to fair labor laws, licensing, Syneos policies and Financial resources. Must be proficient in Nurse Fair labor laws, Nurse Licensing and able to interpret and apply as required for the position responsibilities

• Present himself or herself as a business professional
• Perform all activities in a manner which demonstrates a command of customer service principles and adult learning styles
• Maintain product and technical knowledge in areas appropriate to the products represented and for uses consistent with product labeling
• Attend and successfully pass assigned training programs
• Provide written reports, documentation and written feedback in a timely and comprehensive manner as required
• Maintain any equipment, which has been provided by Client, as demonstrator equipment or otherwise, reasonable wear and tear accepted.
• Expense Reporting, travel, hours, dress code and communications with supervisors shall be conducted in accordance with the Business Rules agreed to by the Parties

Requirements:

• Hold proficiency with Schedule 360, Salesforce.com and SiteCall.
• Ability to provide great customer service to both patients and the Project Team.
• Experience in Rheumatology and/or Gastroenterology disease preferred
• Be available to work 40 hours per week providing telephone support and scheduling in coordination
• with the Project Team
• Able to travel
• Comfort with personal, virtual technologies such as iPhone, apps, and health portals.
• Access to internet and secure location to conduct patient calls without interruption
