Job description
The candidate will provide educational leadership to county and district programs in the area of health disparities.
- Make a positive impact
- Grow awareness and understanding
- Develop and maintain comprehensive health disparities programming
- Conduct needs assessment and participate in evaluation efforts
- Provide leadership to county and district programs
- Work closely with other health disparities educators
- Maintain a close working relationship with state-level faculty, staff, district program specialists and administrators
- Travel within the state to support and provide education (travel budget provided)
- Continuance of employment in this role is based on need, performance, and funding.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, Public Health, or closely related field.
Demonstrated expertise in Family and Consumer Sciences, Public Health, or closely related field and a minimum of one year of experience with similar projects.
Valid Drivers' license
Travel within the state to support and provide education (travel budget provided).
