- Opportunity to train Providers and Staff
- Salaried, Exempt position
- Associates degree or Bachelor's Degree in the social or behavioral sciences required. If an individual has a Associates or Bachelor's degree in a non-related field, must have at least two years of experience working in the IDD or host home model with 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in developing and implementing individual programs
- Must have supervisory experience
- Must have good decision-making, time management and communication skills
- Must be responsible, mature and flexible
- Experience serving persons with Developmental Disabilities is a PLUS
