PROJECT COORDINATOR

This role will operate from my clients’ Dublin 12 Office but will have a requirement for travelling abroad (Europe) depending on business needs.

Responsibilities;

• Operate as the singular Point of Contact for all project-related matters, from inception to completion
• Develop effective communication channels with in-house Supervisory and/or Project Lead personnel
• Create a proactive approach to the planning of manpower, materials, plant, and equipment on a project-by-project basis
• Ensure all quotes received are in line with the agreed specifications of each project
• Develop and maintain a regular report schedule on the key metrics of the Business Unit
• Ensure correct SAP, Enterpryse and Simple Production implementation procedures are adhered to Prepare the Bid documentation
• Maintain projects Drawing Register (Project Specific)
• Regular review to ensure we are in line with all company and industry standards

Person Specification;

• 2+ years’ experience working and leading projects in large data centres or construction sites is essential
• Leading, surveying and quoting projects in structured cabling is essential
• The ability to develop and maintain strong client and in-company relationships to ensure project success
• Bring high-level attention to detail, and be enthusiastic about delivering a quality service to our clients
• Possess strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Full driver's licence and your own vehicle is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Dublin, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Structured Cabling: 2 years (required)

• Ireland (required)
