Project Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific’s client located in Doral, FL.

This position is approved for a 12-month contract and could be extended.

Pay rate: $13.00 per hour

The Project Coordinator will oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, shipping, order fulfillment and handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Management of finished product stock control.
• Manage the receiving and delivery of products in a timely manner.
• Raising of purchase orders and the processing of purchase invoices.
• Overall responsibility and management of order processing and customer service.
• Liaising with carriers to co-ordinate incoming and outgoing goods.
• Act as main point of contact for customers and colleagues to resolve any queries in relation to sales orders, invoices, purchases, and shipping.
• Ensure that procedures are in place for the efficient operation and utilization of all warehouse equipment.
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills required
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a constantly evolving landscape
• Positive attitude
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Tech-savvy, highly productive, and resourceful with the tools at hand
• Previous experience managing Amazon order platform preferred
