Our Engineers are directly involved in the development of innovative products and processes for use in medical devices.

- Member of the Peripheral Vascular Health OU, Operations Leadership team
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor both leader and team Operating Mechanisms such as,
o Quarterly Business / Management Reviews
o Site Visits
- Coordinate predetermined meetings including agenda preparation, meeting facilitation and action tracking.
- Support the Operations leader in developing effective updates and presentations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to improve team effectiveness and work methods.
- Compiles and monitors information for dashboards/ reports/ budgets schedules as necessary.
- Provides project or program support to Operations Post Market and New Product Development project teams as needed.
- Support travel arrangements and expense management for Ops leadership as needed.
- Communicate effectively across internal stakeholders in global manufacturing sites and functions.
- Support the deployment and training of new tools and systems.
- Relevant Diploma / Degree with 4+ years of project coordinator and/or administrative experience.
- Experience supporting large and complex projects.
- Experience supporting efforts to meet medical device regulations.
- Experience with quality documentation and systems (e.g. Agile PLM, Grand Avenue).
- Technical documentation and engineering change requests (ECR).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
