We are looking for an experienced Project/Construction Manager to plan, organize and direct projects from start to finish. You will plan and designate project resources, organize and oversee construction procedures, ensure timely completion, monitor budgets, and keep stakeholders informed. An excellent Project/Construction
Manager must be well-versed in construction methodologies and procedures and be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time within the scope and budget.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop project work scopes
- Conduct and review bids and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Coordinate with stakeholder operations at the project locations
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Risk management mitigation/reduction strategies
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
Experience:
5 years as a Project Manager is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
