Small property manager/investor specializing in residential & commercial property management is seeking a qualified assistant property manager to join our team. Duties would include: scheduling repairs & maintenance, enforcing rental terms, fielding calls from tenants, periodically visiting local properties, assisting with lease renewals, tenant rents, inspections, CAMs, etc.

We’re looking for a candidate who is an organized, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, dependable self-starter with a good attitude and desire to work. Knowledge of property management necessary and AP/AR a plus.

• Flexible schedule: 20-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)--will work around school/childcare

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
