EZ Living Furniture are looking for a Purchasing Administrator as part of our supply chain graduate programme to join our dynamic team, working as purchasing analyst/administrator, supporting the Purchasing Team from our Head Office in Galway. The suitable candidate must have previous purchasing admin experience as an intern, graduate or direct work experience. We are looking for a well organised, collaborative problem solver with an attention to detail mindset.

Working with Management, this role will deal with highly confidential information and so, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate discretion in their duties.

Purchasing Administrator, Supply Chain Graduate Programme. 11 month contract.

If you have graduated in Supply Chain/ Business/Finance or related disciplines over the past 3 years then this programme may be for you.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Purchasing administration.
• Processing Purchase orders
• Monitoring supplier performance.
• Liaising with suppliers, ensuring that all shipments are shipped on time.
• Setting up new items on the system and updating the company database records on pricing, lead times, etc.
• Working proactively with all departments in the company to help maintain an efficient supply chain.

Skills & Qualifications:



• Previous experience in a Purchasing admin , intern, graduate or direct experience.
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working on one’s own initiative.
• Excellent numerical and administrative skills for accurate order processing and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Ability to handle information in a professional manner and with appropriate discretion
• Good communication skills.
