Job Details: Purchasing Coordinator
- $22.00/hour
- Monday-Friday
- 40 hour flexible work week between 7:00am to 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities: Purchasing Coordinator
- Coordinate specific project needs with design and construction counterparts
- Maintain accurate and consistent documentation of projects
- Approve and reconcile invoices as needed
- Use Microsoft Office skills to build and maintain reports
- Gather and verify info from national vendors and/or their warehouses
Job Requirements: Purchasing Coordinator
- Must be customer service oriented
- Strong work experience with MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
