What You'll Do:

• Work alongside developers as well as business stakeholders, research and implement solutions (tools, platforms, frameworks, etc.) to improve R & D self-testing capabilities and effects, and improve the code quality and system architecture design quality of R & D teams
• Research and implement solutions (tools, platforms, frameworks, etc.) to improve test efficiencies, such as automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Research and implement solutions to improve system stability, including online system capacity testing, monitoring system construction, CI/CD pipeline, Chaos engineering, Capital loss prevention, and control, etc
• Based on the whole process of the project, keenly identify quality risks and efficiency bottlenecks, formulate reasonable improvement goals and solutions, and implement them
• Establish a systematic measurement system to identify risks, set goals, and measure construction progress based on Data Drive

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
• 3+ years of work experience in testing and development in the high-tech sector.
• Excellent coding and system architecture design ability
• Excellent understanding of business architecture and system architecture, and in-depth understanding and practice of quality assurance systems
• Excellent problem insight and analysis ability, able to actively explore pain points and find the direction and goal of improvement
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Prefer rich experience in e-commerce business or Internet product quality architecture construction
• Strong self-driving force and quick learning ability

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159000 - $230000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
