Our client, a semi-state org is welcoming applications for the position of QA Analyst for a long-term contract. You will work remotely via remote system access but office attendance at Cork offices may be required at times.

Services of projects include but are not limited to working on engineering projects responsible for information management for provision of technical services (CAD/BIM/GIS) and general management of information on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance processes for engineering information, including records, drawings and data across a number of disparate systems such as SharePoint, Maximo and Meridian - Drawing Management System
• Work effectively with all stakeholders involved in project delivery, to ensure the return of all information required for the enduring management of the asset (as-laids, material certification, O&M Manuals, technical records, etc)
• Be responsible for ongoing monitoring and adherence to SLAs, producing monthly reporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives related to information management systems within the Company.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• A minimum third level qualification is essential
• Have experience working in a highly regulated and compliant environment.
• Have experience in soft document management and control.
• Have an acute appreciation of commercial business.
• Be capable of managing multi-projects whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Excellent IT and Report Skills

A career enhancing contract role for the initial period of 12 months with view of extension or permanency. Remuneration is negotiable depending on the experience and fit of the candidate.
