Our busy and ever growing client in Co. Cork are looking for Quantity Surveyors to join their team for Civil and Building Projects. We are seeking Quantity Surveyors with all types of experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Central figure for the decision making process
- Establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
- Provide information and analysis of issues and risks
- Analyse tender reviews for submission
- Planning cost estimates
- Physical Site Surveys
- Liaise with colleagues to identify suitable suppliers
- Costs and delivery arrangements
- Prepare and distribute contract documents to suppliers and subcontractors
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelors In Quantity Surveying or relevant degree
- Looking for candidate with at least 2+ years of experience up to Senior level QS
- Experience operating as a QS for sub-contractor
- Knowledge of construction technology and industry – resource cost, outputs and methods
- Proficient in Excel
- High standard of work ethic and ability to work well within a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €50,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
