Ramona Park is looking for proven leaders to become part of the supervisory team to ensure a great experience for our park patrons. A team of three supervisors will manage lifeguard staff, scheduling and training sessions while proforming lifeguard duties and customer service with park patrons. Prior lifeguard experience required, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Must be a strong swimmer and successfully complete the mandatory training program held in early May. Employment runs mid-May through Labor Day, hours and shifts vary. Must be available through Labor Day, including weekends and holidays. Ramona Park's beach will be open 7 days a week, 10 AM - 7 PM.Selected candidate must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, work as a team, and have reliable transportation. Hours and shifts vary; 35-40 hours/week. Hourly rate $12.70 -$14.45/hour, based on experience. Must pass a post-offer background check and drug screen.
Season begins Memorial Weekend and runs through Labor Day. The beach is only open on weekends until public schools are dismissed for the summer. Must be available through Labor Day, including weekends and holidays.
