Real Time Manufacturing Systems Analyst 1327
SimoTech require an RTMS Analyst to join our client, a large-scale multinational biopharmaceutical company based in Cork. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting IT solutions and applications, and will be part of a team responsible for using building models in the RTMS system to provide day-to-day IT and business support in a biotechnology manufacturing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of core infrastructure, network and systems to ensure uptime.
• Manage the monitoring of IT systems and identify correct solutions to handle issues that arise.
• Manage interfaces between various industry standard Pharmaceutical Systems (MES, DCS, PI) and primary scheduling Platform - RTMS (Emersons Real Time Modeling System).
• Plan and develop future interfaces.
• Manage device installation and update/patching programs to provide reliable hardware and Operating Systems.
• Design and build infrastructure environments in line with best industry and corporate standards and practices.
• Work in conjunction with IT teams, providing advice and assistance with incidents, service requests etc to ensure all items are successfully completed.
• Author and maintain infrastructure and system user admin documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience implementing and supporting IT applications.
• Vast IT Infrastructure management knowledge of servers, workstations etc.
• Experience using Windows 10, Windows Server, and Web Applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C, SQL).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.
