The Receiving Tainer is responsible for all aspects of training the Receiving Team: This position will help create an efficient and quality driven department. The Receiving Trainer will train new hires on how to make decisions, adapt to change, and build a team mentality, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Pay: $19.00/hourly

This position is located in Des Moines, IA. This is not a remote position.

The main focus of this role includes:

• Develop an effective way to process equipment.
• Responsible for the coordination at the beginning of the shift for the Receiving Team.,
• Work with management to evaluate new hires progress on all facets of the Receiving Department.
• Assist management in ensuring all employees are following company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with management when equipment is not functioning properly.
• Train new hires on how to be efficient and quality driven.
• Practice good housekeeping skills daily.
• Assist with unloading UPS Truck.
• Keep supplies cabinet filled and organized
• Assist management in identifying performance trends to ensure the receiving department is running at optimal efficiencies.
• All other duties assigned.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• proficient using Microsoft Office programs.
• Good Attendance Record
