Responsibilities:
Place orders for office and kitchen supplies
Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures
Handle and route all incoming phone calls
Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Be a welcoming presence for visitors

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Achievement-oriented, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Receptionist duties experience required
Deliveries experience highly preferred
Experience taking messages
Practical knowledge of delivering messages
Adeptness in distributing Incoming mail
Earlier work involving coordinating schedules
Call transfer experience preferred
Background working with daily schedule
Demonstrated knowledge of mailing packages
Proficiency in answering inbound calls
Customer service experience desired
General familiarity with outgoing mail packages
Incoming phone call management skills required
Strong organization skills
Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
