As a member of the Recon team, you help us with all vehicles brought in from trade or auction. You are responsible for making sure these vehicles are restored to as close to new condition as possible (exterior and interior of vehicle). As one of the largest used car dealers in the Northwest Arkansas area, you will be expected to maintain an efficient work pace to keep up with our ever-changing inventory. The work schedule for Recon is 8am to 5pm, typically Monday through Friday (Saturdays are as needed and scheduled well in advance). This position is commission pay based and depends on what type of detail is required for each vehicle.

Our Recon Team is a valuable part of the Lewis Automotive Group. They make sure that all of our cars brought in on trade or from auction are made to look the best they can be for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Washing vehicle, including the top, beds (of trucks), undercarriage, engine (when needed and only done in a safe and appropriate manner)
• Clean spare tires, wheels and tires
• Scrub, rinse and dry all floor mats and interior carpeting
• Buff exterior of vehicles once they are cleaned and ready for wax
• Clean in a detailed fashion the interior of vehicles

Job Qualifications

• Must be able to work well with others and efficiently
• Must maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug, background and motor vehicle report screening
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive many different styles of vehicles (including standard and automatic)
