We are looking for a Referral Coordinator to join our fast-paced and growing company. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a large number of leads and is capable of using their communication and organizational skills to quickly provide quality customer service. They will be responsible for verifying home health requests, ensuring that each client receives the correct level of care and assigning services to the appropriate staff members. The successful candidate will enjoy the privilege of serving as a liaison between patients, family members and our dedicated staff. Scheduling Staff

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process referrals.
• Manage the system for flagging and tracking duplicate referrals.
• Perform other clerical duties related to the department.
• Maintain professional relationships with referring sources.
• Obtain updated information on the status of referrals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
