Keystone Care LLC is looking for a Regional MDS Consultant. We are committed to providing an excellent clinical experience for our patients and an amazing work environment for our employees.

Location: Travel is required in the Rowlett / Mesquite area.

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to train and develop the MDS Nurses at each facility to ensure the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), that is, the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Are Assessments (CAAs), and Care Plan in accordance with State and Federal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Texas RN or LVN license
• At least 5 years MDS experience
• Regional or Consultant experience
• Able to travel overnights when necessary
• Organized, dedicated and committed person
