Imperial Dade, leading national distributor, has a job open in Jersey City, NJ. Imperial Dade seeks to hire a Regional Pricing Analyst for its growing Revenue Management team. In this newly created role, the position will support regional sales leadership and branch sales management in improving our pricing position with our customers throughout their assigned region.

Responsibilities:
You will:
- Participate in the rollout of newly enhanced reference pricing model throughout the region.
- Meet weekly with sales leadership to assess sales representatives’ metrics related to reference pricing and provide actionable guidance to achieve desired outcomes.
- Curate feedback from field representatives regarding market response to reference pricing and relay validated data to management for further analysis.
- Coordinate with field sales and sales management on periodic pricing reset activities.
- Work with Regional Sales and HQ pricing groups to ensure National Contract and Price Lock customer margins are optimized.
- Analyze regional cost deviations from vendors and harmonize costs across customer volumes.
- Coordinate with field sales and sales management on periodic customer contribution margin / cost to serve analysis.
- Analyze group purchasing organization options for select customers for margin enhancement.
- Review selected exception management reporting to triage margin losses.
- Build ad hoc customer and regional reports as requested by sales management.
- Participate in the on boarding of newly acquired companies to the reference pricing program.
- Be willing to report into our Jersey City office 2-3 days per week.
You have:
- 3+ years of finance or pricing related work experience.
- Advanced Excel knowledge is a must. Power BI, Tableau, or SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- The ability to understand price segmentation and matrix structures.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Must have the ability to balance the needs of the sales force with executing the corporate initiatives.
- Distribution industry experience a plus.
Preferred Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
- Occasional travel required
