RN Responsibilities

· The Registered Nurse RN is to Provide health care services in patients residence

· The Registered Nurse RN is to Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital

· The Registered Nurse RN is to Administer simple prescribed medications

· The Registered Nurse RN is to Assist with clients personal care activities

· The Registered Nurse RN is to Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition

· The Registered Nurse RN is to Maintain patients care records and document provided services

· The Registered Nurse RN is to Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises

· The Registered Nurse RN is to Collect routine specimens

· The Registered Nurse RN is to Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Requirements/Skills

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse RN experience (required)
• Good Communication and Problem Solving skills
• Valid Drivers license/Auto Insurance with clean driving record
• Valid CPR Card
