We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative teammate who is passionate about data. The Reporting Analyst will be accountable for constructing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making. This team member will be responsible for fulfilling all reporting needs and promptly addressing ad hoc data requests.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with business partners across multiple business functions to develop reports and dashboards to support business goals.
• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and work with them to develop data visualizations and reports that meet their needs.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement data models and data warehousing strategies to support reporting needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Stay up to date with the latest BI technologies and trends and recommend new solutions to improve data analysis and reporting processes.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, data analytics or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ Years' experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, visualizations, and report creation. SQL Server Reporting Services experience a plus.
• 2+ Years' experience with SQL; Ability to decipher and write complex queries and stored procedures in MS SQL Server.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Query skills. VBA optional
• Technical and functional experience with ERP data models - Microsoft Navision or Business Central preferred.
• Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of reporting solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively to help customers.
