Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 beautiful apartments. We have a well-established community with warm residents, and a dedicated and seasoned staff! Responsibilities/Job Description:
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages starting from $20.90 - $25 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.
Shift differentials are additional pay for evening/overnight shifts worked.

- Must work 3 shifts per month

- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
- Assists with onboarding of new staff
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
- Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
- CNA certificated if under 18
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
