Our client, a leading property management company, is looking for two Resident Services Specialists on a contract to hire basis. As the Resident Services Specialist, you will be responsible for answering the phones, entering work orders, processing move-ins, conducting data entry, collecting required documents from new tenants, and assisting with apartment tours. Any leasing or property management experience is preferred. Robert Half is looking for a team player who is detail-oriented. Strong customer service and time management skills are required! Hours are 9am-6pm and parking is covered. Once permanent, our client offers excellent benefits such as medical, dental vision, 401k plan with match, paid vacation, and tuition & wellness reimbursement. This is an on-site position in beautiful Marina del Rey, CA. Pay is $19-$20hr. Property Management experience is a huge plus! The shift is Thursday-Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday off.

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• 1+ years of administrative support experience
