PE Management Group is looking to hire a Maintenance Tech/ Landscaper!
We are looking for a Maintenance Tech/Landscaper who is responsible for performing diversified duties of landscape, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities

• Maintain landscape by mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns, in addition to trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
• Remove unwanted, dead or damaged trees
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of real property equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of real property equipment
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Tech preferred
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
