Pillar To Post Home Inspectors of Bridgewater, NJ is seeking to hire a technician to perform residential sewer drain line camera inspections. Experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to provide the necessary training to the right candidate. We offer above average compensation and bonus opportunities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifies proper camera access point in the drain line.

• Operates the camera to photograph inside of residential sewer lines to conduct inspection and identify defects.

• Uses equipment to identify where the damaged sections of the pipe are located.

• Follows procedures to clean and maintain the equipment.

• Demonstrates and explains findings with the client.

• Completes daily reports and emails to the client.

• Must be available to work on Saturdays.

• Willingness to drive to job sites in Somerset and Hunterdon counties and surrounding areas.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Willingness to be trained on and perform other services, such as Level 2 chimney inspections and/or underground oil tank sweeps

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in sewer pipe inspections and sewer video equipment (cameras, locators, etc.) is preferred (by not required)

• General plumbing knowledge or experience is preferred.

• Basic computer skills

• High attention to detail

• Valid driver's license in good standing

• Friendly with good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional and composed - willing to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

• Must be reliable and dependable.
