ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Supervisor to help the Mental Health residential department do its best work. The ideal candidate has to wear many hats daily: communications expert, conflict resolutions master, and organizational guru. You’ll also be responsible for staffing/staff training, internal and external relationship building, and ongoing operations!
The Supervisor oversees Clinicians, a team Lead & nursing positions and also provides direct service to seriously and persistently mentally ill adults. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all staff provide the persons served therapeutic rehabilitative services, including personal, healthcare, nutrition, interpersonal skills, time-structuring, money-management and development of individual treatment plans. The RTFA (Residential Treatment Center for Adults-Clinical Supervisor will also have rotating paid on-call duties.
