RESPONSIBILITES:

• Work efficiently and safely in both residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by water, fire, natural disasters, mold, etc.
• Observe and document damage within the property
• Evaluate and record damage to all content in the property
• Set restoration equipment as needed
• Complete assigned tasks and job notes within our systems
• Take necessary photos as needed on all jobs from start to finish
• Load and manage stock of SERVPRO cleaning supplies in company vehicles
• Drive company vehicle from office to job sites and maintain vehicle and site cleanliness throughout shift
• Perform cleaning services for our clients including, but not limited to, the cleaning of common areas, upholstery, carpets, draperies, windows, walls, and floors.
• Learn and practice the techniques used in the restoration industry to clean job sites with fire, smoke, water, and mold damage.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Customer Service Skills
• Knowledge of technology
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• IICRC certifications or willingness to obtain certifications as offered by the company
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
