About us

All Dry is a nationwide water and mold remediation company. It is a very fast-growing business. All Dry is seeking for a Restoration Supervisor who can manage all assigned jobs from start to completion. This position needs to be able to provide All Dry level customer service including but not limited to: going over the job scope with home owner, explaining the reasons why we are doing what we are doing, going over time table with home owner, etc., supervising the job from start to finish. You will be asked to perform the tasks below daily or weekly:

· Perform all the water/mold inspection

· Write the estimate using the estimating software during the inspection

· Sell the estimate to the customer

· Convert estimates to Jobs

· Supervise the Jobs from Start to Finish

· Manage the Costing of the Job

· Use our proprietary CRM Software

· Train the Technicians

· Manage the Technician Hours, Job Assignments

· Approve weekly timecards

· Reach immediately at a new emergency water/fire lead site and secure the job

· Ensure all job paperwork is completed on time

· Deal with insurance companies for insurance jobs and payments

· Occasionally perform the restoration job as per need

· Market to the insurance agents and other lead sources for new leads

· Prior experience in Water/Mold Restoration industry is needed

Hourly: $23 - $25; Overtime pay; Signing bonus: $200
