In 1977, 19 year old Jack Ruiz opened Miami Beach Bicycle Center as a 400 square foot shop with 5 new bikes for sale. As time went by, the store expanded and moved to a brand new 4,000 square foot showroom in the heart of South Beach. Today, Jack and his two sons, Alex and Danny, own and operate Miami Beach Bicycle Center as one of the longest standing establishments in Miami Beach.

For 46 years, Miami Beach Bicycle Center has been proudly serving all types of cyclists, including new and veteran riders, road and mountain aficionados, and recreation and transportation cyclists. With our conveniently located South Beach showroom and a comprehensive online catalog, we’re here to help you with all of your cycling needs. Our team of Store Clerks coordinates the daily business of our local branch. Customers shop in our store and our Clerks are responsible for greeting them, completing sales transactions, keeping the store clean and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will be mature, responsible, organized and friendly. A successful Store Clerk will demonstrate a commitment to providing an excellent experience for our customers as well as a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep floors and vacuum.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Stock shelves with merchandise.
• Use a computer to check items in or out.
• Answer customers' questions about products, service, or store information.
• Clean floors with mop or broom.
• Organize merchandise according to certain criteria.
• Answer the phone, ask customers questions about products, take orders, and make sales.
• Clean windows and dust surfaces.
• Assist customers with purchases and returns.
• Take inventory by hand.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
