REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
BS/ BA degree preferred or equivalent experience in WH Operation.
At least 2 years of work experience in Inventory flow and data mining.
SAP and Bex Analyzer skills preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Email and Excel.
Being familiar with the sales or service operation of electronic goods.
Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and time management skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
Good written and verbal skills required.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Coordinate, Inspect, submit B-Good Scrap PUMI to expedite Scrap process and improve products refurbishment process.
To review, inspect, allocate product from repair section to scrap section with-in Warehouse, inspect between data vs product, submit Scrap PUMI and follow up on W/F all the way to recycler pickup.
In addition to review Inventory movement after PUMI approval.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
State the major activities and job results for which the position is responsible.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Allocation scrap candidate products from Refurbish section to Scrap inspection area Strong attention to detail, excel file and basic product knowledge skills required for validation steps.
Knowledge of scanning serial tag, method of interface data.
Understand of SAP
Validate scan result vs system interfaced data. Mining data to prepare scrap PUMI submission
Follow up submitted PUMI, should be able to communicate to approver(s) to prevent delay on review/approve
Follow up and communicate to RB center of approved Scrap PUMI.
Review and monitor inventory drop/adjustment from SAP
Cross check inventory accuracy between SAP vs RB company's Data base
Review and obtain Scrap pick up manifest by recycler company per scrap PUMI
