NCP is seeking an RN interested in Field Case Management along with clinical RN care. Candidates must be detail and deadline oriented, possess the ability to work closely with other non-clinical and clinical team members, have a positive attitude and be very reliable. The perfect candidate will be self motivated and have excellent ability to provide leadership for the company, maintain a qualified staff that will meet patient needs and successfully execute company initiatives. NCP strives to find someone who will be a resource to the leadership team regarding the needs of the community, personnel needs, and financial needs

COMPENSATION: _ HYBRID Part Time Field Case Manager(RN) offering generous travel / incentive compensation. _

SHIFTS: Days - Hybrid Case Management Work from Home and Travel 2 days a week to Riverton / Lander areas to Case Manage Nurse and Patients in the area.
