San Rafael Healthcare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency that services the greater San Antonio area.
We are currently hiring for LVN/RN for a patient in zip code 78255. He has Mon-Sun available 7a-7p. He has a GB and receives all feeding enterally. He does attend school during the day.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to an active plan of care
- Patient assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Coordination of care
- Health promotion and teaching
- Training of family members
New grads and licensed nurses without pediatric experience are welcome to apply! If you do not have pediatric experience we WILL TRAIN YOU!

- Licensed as a nurse in the state of Texas
- Current CPR
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
