Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air is one of the largest and still growing Plumbing and HVAC companies in California and we're looking for someone to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to keep constant contact with customers and technicians, keeping them updated on job developments.
- Work closely with technicians, Managers and customers to efficiently dispatch for profit.
- Light Filling & Administrative paperwork
Requirements:
- Able to navigate web based CRMs with speed, ease, and efficiency
- Must keep a high level awareness of Customer Experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills • High level of professionalism
Qualifications:
- Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
