Job description

Trailer Source in Longmont is looking for their next Parts and Service Manager. This is a dual role, managing both parts department and service departments.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in shop or part management is required.

This is a Monday-Friday position, with the expectation of 1-2 Saturdays a month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10-20 people
• Perform the hiring, training, and guidance of all parts and service staff
• Oversee the complete operations of the parts and service departments to ensure profitability and performance
• Maintain a high degree of customer service with the ability to resolve customer disputes
• Evaluate parts margin and regularly adjust pricing as needed.
• Conduct parts cycle counts and full inventories.
• Ensure shop, showroom, parts rooms, and all working areas are safe and well kept.
• Act as the final point of contact for all staff, OEM, and clients.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure success of dealership parts and service departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
