Job description

TDK is a Sneaker Boutique + Barbershop concept store that offers Klothing, Kicks, and Kuts. Our one-stop shop stays ahead of the trend carrying sneakers and brands that are not available to the general public, creating a unique streetwear fashion Kulture.

Our mission is instill confidence into our customer's through our products and services by getting out clients fresh from head to toe. Every customer can expect a positive, unique experience when entering our doors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Meet sales goals
  • Share product knowledge with our customers
  • Listen to the customer’s needs and make recommendations for purchase
  • Correctly ring up items on POS system
  • Assist with keeping the store organized and clean

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sneakers and streetwear
  • Strong knowledge of current trends
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Experience operating POS system (Clover)
  • Experience handling cash
  • Highly motivated
  • Works well in teams
  • Works independently
  • Flexibility in work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Bilingual is a plus
