Oak Crest is a beautiful 87 acre continuing care retirement community located in Parkville, MD. Oak Crest is the 2nd largest continuing care community in the United States. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

Oak Crest Village, in Parkville, MD, is looking to hire an intern to join our Sales & Marketing team. This will be a paid internship and will take place during the months of June, July, and August, 2023.

This position will be Full-Time, scheduled Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $17.00 Hourly.

How you will make an impact:

• Answering inbound calls from prospective residents
• Making outbound calls to prospective residents
• Fulfilling brochure requests
• Learning all aspects of the Sales & Marketing business line of the community
• Supporting the Sales & Marketing team in various duties, including shadowing sales appointments, assisting with event preparation & execution, and create a presentation on best practices
• Building relationships with community partners in other departments to learn the full scope of a Continuing Care retirement Community

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of secondary education.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
