As a Retention Specialist at Nova NRG, you will play a vital role in our company's rapid growth by maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling billing and payments, plan changes and upgrades, and resolving escalated customer issues.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals
• You must speak English and Spanish, Haitian Creole is a major plus as well!
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with different types of customers
• Stellar problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
• Superior computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite
• Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate, with good business sense
• Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and customers simultaneously
• A hunger to exceed expectations for the company and our customers

• Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks assigned by most members of the Sales/Operations Department staff
