Overview:
Title: Sales Success Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN (hybrid in Brooklyn Park office)
Salary Range: $55K-60K/yr.
As a part of the Customer Experience team, the Sales Success Specialist will play an important role in training and support of the sales team with sales tools and technologies, which will help them to gain and keep customers. The Sales Success Specialist will build collaborative relationships within the organization to enhance the success of key sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Train and support the sales team in the use of digital tools to include Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics CRM, and others as developed.
- Support of miscellaneous sales team questions, requests, and sales initiatives.
- Regular communication with sales leadership to review data in support of key initiatives.
- Support and assist the sales team with RFP response, proposal development and new customer on-boarding.
- Generate proactive and reactive sales reporting through various tools to support corporate initiatives and sales or customer needs.
- Synthesize and analyze data to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Execute and document sales success processes and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
- Support the lead generation and assignment process as necessary.
- Special projects aligned to Sales Success as assigned by your manager.
**This position could be focused on specific areas such as tasks or specific industries/sales regions but would be cross-trained on all Sales Success responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years relevant work experience supporting a sales team or related experience.
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Power Platform tools.
