Responsibilities

We are currently looking for 2 Supply Chain Analyst to join our Little Island Supply Chain Team.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. We are a global organisation, situated in 15 locations across 8 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT. This role will be part of the project team, who will deliver the next stage of our Global roll out of our MDM Strategy.

Primary Accountabilities

• Support business process definition, to deliver in line with the business needs and MDM project strategy
• Complete a full review of current business rules relating to material master, PIR, RFI, utilizing current practice and reference documents such as job aids and functional specifications.
• Align SAP Setup and Data Quality rules so that MDG becomes the source of business rules.
• Work with the GPL and business partner to document and standardise the global business processes.
• Identify and document automation opportunities in the data setup process
• Identify offline processes and pain points, highlight anomalies and recommend change approach which should be addressed by MDG
• Liaise with Procurement team and data team to ensure requirements are correctly captured and that any new changes/updates to business rules are incorporated into MDG
• Lead Functional sessions and drive agenda for ‘deep dives’ including approach. Collaborate execution of work with various functions, track status and report on risks to the project timeline
• Participate in testing and error reporting of MDG throughout the project
• Facilitate training of end users in MDG
• Attend all required workshops and contribute to project deliverables
• Status updates to management on a weekly basis
• Adhere to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements
• Adhere to all GCS Standards

• Third level qualification
