Compensation and Schedule for the Scheduler

Scheduler – Full-time, work-from-home after training, $19-$21 per hour, monthly and year-end bonuses, Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. Join a fast-growing department with the feel of a small practice!

Required Qualifications of the Scheduler

• 2+ years of recent medical scheduling experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Scheduler

• Answer inbound calls
• Schedule patient appointments for four East Valley locations
• Monitor referral work list and follow-up appointments
• Work no-show and cancelation reports
